Grant tailors strategy and tactics to deliver winning results in whatever the chosen forum — city hall, the courthouse or the state house. He guided the City of Bellevue for more than 12 years as a member of the City Council, spending four of those years serving as Mayor of Bellevue.
Grant regularly assists clients in preparing construction contracts, obtaining development permits, negotiating public-private partnerships and resolving disputes with public agencies. He has handled high profile and complex matters involving construction projects, environmental damage and public agencies. Grant frequently utilizes his decades of experience working in federal, state and local government to assist public and private sector clients with government contracting and permitting, municipal governance issues, land use disputes and disputes involving public records. Also, Grant has provided assistance to cities by serving as an ethics hearing officer.
