Retired

Brad "Tony" Summers was a member of the Creditors’ Rights Team. His principal areas of practice were in bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law, workouts and business transactions.

He represented numerous debtors-in-possession, trustees, creditors’ committees, and secured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. He also represented parties seeking to make acquisitions from distressed businesses.
