Tiffany Connors works with companies to secure and protect their IP assets from the get-go, counseling clients in IP protection and defending their rights through trial. Clients find that her risk-averse personality and East Coast mentality suit them to prepare for all scenarios. Tiffany’s prior work in marketing and public relations translates well into this area; she can help clients brainstorm the name of their next product and then turn that hatchling name into a full-fledged brand vision. Tiffany specializes in trade secret protection and holds several client records for "securing fastest response to cease and desist letter."

“Tiffany is a highly-skilled strategist and trusted counselor. She is a true craftsman in the area of legal writing, and this skill was key in bringing our company a significant recovery.” – Client Testimonial

“I have found Tiffany’s work to be first rate, exhibiting a strong knowledge of the legal subject matter, a dedication to her client’s cause and a willingness to listen and learn. In other words, Tiffany is a hard worker, who knows what she’s doing.” – Client Testimonial

Professional Experience

Tiffany Connors successfully argued copyright and trade secrets cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has had major roles in multiple federal trade secret trials and trademark arbitration proceedings and has successfully defended against a preliminary injunction relating to trademark use.

Personal Experience

Tiffany has two young children who keep her negotiation and mediation skills above par. She uses this practice in patience to maintain good relationships, even with opposing counsel, to help clients efficiently and effectively resolve their issues. Tiffany enjoys working for parents coming back to work to launch new businesses while still juggling their personal responsibilities. In her “spare” time, Tiffany finds balance with a strict schedule of practicing barre by day and pretending to be a restaurant critic at night.
