She has a diverse background that includes representing architecture and engineering firms in malpractice claims, private owners and developers, and municipalities and public owners on various public works projects.
Jennifer has drafted and negotiated construction contracts for some of the largest private and public projects in the Pacific Northwest region. She also assists in evaluating potential legal risks, insurance considerations, and contractual solutions surrounding green and sustainable construction.
