Tom Grohman and William Lin co-presented “M&A: Negotiating Initial Documents” at a Lane Powell-hosted CLE on Wednesday, April 3. The session provided an overview of term sheets, including why they are and are not used in M&A deals. Grohman and Lin also discussed engagement letters with investment bankers, bid process letters, and terms and conditions of confidentiality agreements. The presentation is part of a two-year training program designed for up-and-coming attorneys.
