Shirley previously worked at a large aerospace company where she drafted, negotiated and enforced multi-million dollar contracts in advanced manufacturing, information technology and tooling commodities. Her time in-house has provided Shirley with unique insights into the risk management and compliance needs of institutional clients, which she brings to bear in her practice.
