Shira Levin focuses her practice on corporate real estate and health care transactions.  

Shira has represented institutional lenders, pension funds, insurance companies, and health care companies in a wide spectrum of commercial real estate matters including financing and structured refinancing transactions, acquisitions, and commercial leasing.

Since 2005, Shira has represented K&Y Investments, Inc., O&M Investments, LLC, and their affiliated companies in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of over 150 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. In addition to representing O&M in connection with new acquisitions, Shira continues to serve the legal needs of K&Y and O&M and their collective portfolio of 100 health care facilities located in 10 states.
