Parisa is a business attorney with experience in sales and technology transactions.   

Parisa assists individuals and businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest region with wide-ranging corporate matters. Her practice includes entity structuring and formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Through her efficient and detail-oriented approach to law, Parisa provides sound legal advice to a broad range of clients, including established businesses, individuals, and emerging and developing companies. Parisa also assists nonprofit organizations in attaining tax-exempt status and establishing approved governance.

Prior to private practice, Parisa worked at T-Mobile, both as a frontline employee, gaining valuable sales acumen, and as a legal intern, expanding her legal skillset. As a result, she understands unique business objectives and has the ability to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives, including that of a company, its employees, and its consumers.

Drawing on her comprehensive corporate experience, Parisa provides proactive and pragmatic legal counsel across all aspects of her practice to advocate for the rights of clients and to mitigate any risks.
