A native Canadian, she has a broad understanding of business and national security regulations in Canada and the U.S. and provides clients with strategic business advice to prevent or navigate compliance issues. Paige regularly advises U.S. and foreign entities on all aspects of import and export compliance, as well as CFIUS notices and advice.
She also works with many closely-held businesses and their owners to develop successful business plans and business succession strategies.
