As Lane Powell’s Director of Professional Development and Diversity, Kelly Jones provides leadership and strategic direction for the firm’s professional development and diversity programs.

Kelly oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of a wide variety of programs related to the professional development of Lane Powell’s attorneys, increasing the firm’s diversity, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Kelly has an extensive background in high-level corporate and educational leadership. She utilizes her expertise in talent development and knowledge management to help attorneys from all backgrounds thrive in a setting that is welcoming and inclusive of everyone.
