Doug Parker has devoted his career to providing legal guidance to private and public employers in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska in labor and employment law matters. He has handled all aspects of labor relations for unionized employers and negotiated a number of collective bargaining agreements. He has also successfully litigated numerous employment-related matters in jury trials and class actions in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board.

Doug’s litigation practice includes defense of claims alleging:

  • Wrongful discharge
