Dana Mydland

Associate

Dana Mydland’s practice focuses on guiding employers through complex business and employment disputes through all stages of litigation. She is experienced in managing complex employment defense cases from inception to resolution.

Dana has defended employers in litigation alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She also has experience advising business clients regarding resolution of pre-lawsuit issues, including internal investigations, employee terminations, and negotiated severance agreements.

Prior to entering private practice, Dana clerked for the Washington State Court of Appeals, where she conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda and opinions.

Outside of the office, Dana enjoys golfing, live music, Pacific Northwest hikes, and discovering new restaurants.
