Andrew has handled complex construction litigation matters involving differing site conditions, delay claims, and design claims. He also serves as a strategic advisor at all stages of a project. Outside of the courtroom, Andrew is a prolific speaker on topics covering real estate, construction, dispute resolution, public works projects, and risk management. Andrew earned his law degree from Gonzaga University, magna cum laude, and B.A. from the University of California, Riverside.
