A.C. Estacio-Heilich

Associate

A.C.’s practice focuses on defending employers in discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, and wrongful termination matters.

She has extensive experience representing employers of all sizes in litigation in both state and federal court. In addition to litigation, A.C. provides valuable advice and counseling to employers on a wide range of workplace issues, including employee handbook review and drafting, workplace investigations, and management training. A.C. possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of employment law and is dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex legal matters.

A.C. has a well-rounded perspective, having also previously represented employees in employment litigation. Through her experience, she has gained valuable insights that help her effectively negotiate and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, A.C. enjoys trying new restaurants and is a passionate soccer fan, with a particular love for the Portland Thorns. She also enjoys traveling with her wife and experiencing new cultures.
