Joe Ridgeway has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Labor, Employment & Benefits Team.
Ridgeway’s practice focuses on representing and advising management clients on employment matters. No matter the size of the employer, lawsuit, or question, Ridgeway provides a tailored approach to each scenario by taking the time to understand each client’s goals and needs.
When it comes to litigation, Ridgeway is a formidable ally for employers. Ridgeway has represented dozens of employers in state and federal courts in Washington and Oregon concerning issues such as discrimination, protected medical leave, disability in the workplace, and restrictive covenants. Ridgeway understands that litigation can be stressful, so he endeavors to instill calm and confidence in his clients while striving to achieve the best result possible.
Ridgeway received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy, and B.S., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Central Washington University.
