John Devlin has been reappointed as Vice Chair of Policy for the American Bar Association’s International Arbitration Committee. This will mark Devlin’s fourth year serving as the Vice Chair of Policy. The committee works to promote and improve both the substance and the procedure of international arbitration as a means of resolving cross-border commercial and treaty-related disputes through programs, publications, dialogue, the development of policy and other initiatives.
