Lane Powell Highly Recommended in 2016 Benchmark Litigation

Eleven Lane Powell Shareholders have been named “Local Litigation Stars,” with an additional four recognized as “Future Stars” by Benchmark Litigation, a litigation-focused legal guide that evaluates leading law firms and attorneys.  Lane Powell was also ranked “highly recommended” in Washington and Oregon, and has been recognized in Benchmark Litigation for nine consecutive years.

In Washington, Stanton P. Beck, Barbara J. Duffy, Rudy A. Englund, Douglas W. Greene, Gail E. Mautner, Ryan P. McBride and Sarah Swale were named “Local Litigation Stars.”  In addition, Gregory R. Fox, Steve D. Jensen, Laura Marquez-Garrett and Gwendolyn C. Payton were named “Future Stars.”  In Oregon, Craig D. Bachman, Kenneth R. Davis II, Milo Petranovich and Thomas W. Sondag were named “Local Litigation Stars.”

Recommendations are based on interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.  All listed firms and individuals were consistently mentioned during the Benchmark research process, with those who earn a “highly recommended” designation receiving the most mentions and held as dominant in their particular jurisdiction.  Benchmark Litigation is a U.S.-based publication run from the New York offices of Institutional Investor and Euromoney’s Legal Media Group.
