Lane Powell has been named as one of the 2016 “100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon” by Oregon Business magazine for the ninth consecutive year.
The rankings are based on confidential employee surveys measuring employee satisfaction in five categories, including benefits and compensation, work environment, decision-making and trust, performance management, and career development and learning. This year over 235 companies participated and more than 11,500 employees completed the survey. The complete rankings will be revealed in Oregon Business magazine’s March 2016 issue.
