Lane Powell Shareholder Mike Nesteroff will serve on a panel discussing “Environmental Due Diligence” at Law Seminars International’s Real Estate Purchases and Sales Conference at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22. During the presentation, the panelists will discuss new developments in the substantive law with a particular impact on purchase and sale transactions; effective use of consultants; and due diligence provisions in the purchase agreement, including drafting tips for documents from the letter of intent through the final agreement.
