Priya B. Vivian has joined Lane Powell as an Attorney in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. Vivian represents employers in all areas of employment litigation including Department of Labor investigations, breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets, discrimination and common law tort claims, wage and hour disputes, compliance investigations, and collective and class actions before state and federal courts. She has experience defending clients against discrimination complaints filed with the EEOC and state administrative agencies. She also represents clients in general commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and consumer class actions.
Vivian received her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and her B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University. She is licensed to practice in Washington and Georgia.
