A Lane Powell team, led by Mike Reilly and Kelly Lipscomb, obtained summary judgment dismissal on behalf of Home Depot on Monday, July 9. Former Home Depot employee, Lori Mackey, claimed she was wrongfully discharged in retaliation for complaining to a supervisor about disability discrimination and sought $450,000 in damages. Judge Bernard F. Veljacic of the Clark County Superior Court granted Home Depot’s motion and dismissed the case entirely.
