We represented Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and Citigroup Global Markets as local counsel in the federal court suit, Fu v. Wanda Sports Group Company, LTD. The securities class action alleged that issuer Wanda Sports Group violated the 1933 Securities Act due to inflated financials in its July 2019 IPO. Named as defendants were the issuer's officers, directors and underwriters. Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities and Citigroup Markets were underwriters along with four Asian securities firms. The class plaintiffs ended up dismissing the case.
