Karakhanov v. ProdimsWe defended Jacobs Engineering Group in a multi-defendant lawsuit, where a plaintiff alleged age and disability discrimination when his employer terminated his employment for not showing up for work. The plaintiff was an employee of a staffing agency, set to be a permanent employee of a second company, and was doing work at the jobsite of yet a third company, Jacobs Engineering Group. The employee sued all three entities, and we settled for a result that was very favorable to Jacobs. |
