Trammell Crow Company Development of 48-Acre Industrial Park
We represented Trammell Crow Company in the long-term land development and rezoning to convert a golf course into an industrial park and green space/city public park. We represented the land developer of the 48-acre industrial park parcels in many phases, including option and acquisition rights, land use entitlements, property line adjustments, street vacation, land exchanges, highway off-ramp indemnity and construction agreements, development agreements, estoppels, utility, sewer and stormwater easement agreements, avigation easements, berm agreement, permitting, title and survey work, SDC credits and related project matters and documentation. Advice included negotiations with the Portland Development Commission, Portland Bureau of Transportation, Portland Water Bureau, Multnomah County Drainage District, Oregon Department of Transportation, the Port of Portland, and U.S. Postal Service in connection with the development project.
