Stratus Technical Sales LLC Antitrust InvestigationWe represented a Washington-based manufacturer's representative of semiconductor technologies and products in a U.S. Department of Justice antitrust investigation of cartel behavior in the Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) semiconductor market and related civil class action price-fixing actions. We obtained favorable testimonial treatment for the company and its lead executive from the U.S. Department of Justice. The criminal investigation was closed without charges in 2009, although civil lawsuits are ongoing. |
