Session Description
Employers are not just facing uncertainty due to COVID-19. The election — and the differing policies of the candidates — create additional uncertainty around many areas of the law. Accordingly, in part two of our two-part legal update, we will provide an update on more general employment topics with an eye to what additional changes the election might bring.
