Jonathan Schirmer

Associate

Jonathan Schirmer is a construction lawyer who represents property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals on complex public and private matters. He has litigated in Washington and Alaska state and federal courts and has extensive experience in federal contracting issues at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and high-stakes bid protest actions at the Government Accountability Office.

The son of a contractor, Jonathan grew up on construction sites and is committed to helping construction professionals navigate and solve complicated disputes and the legal landscape of commercial litigation.
