Ethan Picone

Associate

Ethan’s practice focuses on traditional labor law. He is experienced in advising employers in a wide range of industries regarding both collective bargaining and settling disputes prior to grievance or arbitration litigation.

Ethan has extensive experience handling union organizing and NLRB representation elections, counseling employers on preventive labor law training, handbook and policy review, as well as overall strategy and compliance.

As part of his labor practice, Ethan defends employers regarding unfair labor practices, including strategic responses, charge dismissals, settlement, and NLRB litigation.

Ethan also represents employer clients in litigation involving harassment, discrimination claims, investigation of internal complaints, and EEOC charges and litigation. He also advises non-profit and charitable organizations on various labor and employment matters.

Beyond his professional experience, Ethan remains active in the rugby community, especially at his Alma Maters, Clemson and Alabama.
