Lane Powell’s Sustainability and Climate Change Blog Officially Launched
Lane Powell officially launched its latest blog, the Sustainability and Climate Change Reporter, focusing on sustainability and climate change legal issues. This new online resource offers quick, in-depth and topical news and information featuring a broad range of topics, including cap-and-trade policies, carbon credits, climate change, green building, renewable energy, smart grid, solar power and wind power.
Authored by members of Lane Powell’s Sustainability and Climate Change Law team, the blog already includes posts on topics such as new emissions trading programs in the United Kingdom and Tokyo, challenges encountered in the rollout of smart grid meters, changes to Oregon’s Business Energy Tax Credit program for renewable energy, and green efforts at the Vancouver Olympics. The Sustainability and Climate Change Reporter joins the Patent Practice Liability Reporter as part of Lane Powell’s efforts to provide additional ways to keep clients up-to-date on news pertinent to both their industries and their lives.
