Charles Huber is an active litigator whose practice involves complex commercial litigation. His practice includes the defense of corporate clients in the areas of commercial and real estate transactions; insurance coverage and bad faith; and major personal injury matters. He represents petroleum industry clients against environmental and toxic tort claims. Charles regularly defends class actions, including employment and insurance related matters. He has a wide range of trial experience that includes class action, intellectual property, insurance and significant tort matters.

Successfully defended West Coast Life Insurance against securities fraud class action obtaining summary judgment
Obtained defense verdict for multiple oil distributors defendants following trial against 18,000 member class alleging claims arising out of allegedly defective fuel oil
Defended Lincoln National/Swiss Re in $400,000,000 trial involving reinsurance and allegations of bad faith and breach of contract
In Kottler v. State, 136 Wn.2d 437, 963 P.2d 834 (1998) successfully obtained and upheld summary judgment against claimants in bus rollover accident
