Areas of Practice

David Hosenpud’s litigation practice involves the defense of class action and individual discrimination suits in both federal and state courts. He has extensive trial experience with more than 85 jury and court trials, and has defended through summary judgment and verdict wage and hour class action claims. Other litigation experience in the commercial context includes multi-million dollar claims involving breach of contract and fiduciary duties; letter of credit litigation relating to $1.2 billion securitization transaction, as well as claims involving tortious interference with contract and business relations, non-competition actions, and misappropriation of confidential and trade secret information.
