Areas of Practice

Garrett Crawshaw focuses on real estate transactions, land use, commercial leasing, and real estate finance and secured lending including loan workouts and loan restructuring,  representing both borrowers and lenders. Garrett has worked on complex projects involving the purchase and financing of large mixed-use development projects in Oregon, Washington, California and Idaho. In addition, Garrett has drafted, reviewed and negotiated loan documentation for private lenders, development borrowers and acted as local counsel to several large national banks. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Garrett was an economic analyst with a prominent energy industry consulting group, giving him a unique perspective on some of the timely issues facing developers. Having owned and operated his own general contracting business, Garrett has substantial practical experience with the myriad of issues and concerns surrounding real estate and construction projects.
