Devlin to Speak at Real Estate Mortgage Market Litigation Seminar

John Devlin, Chair of Lane Powell’s Mortgage and Consumer Finance Litigation Industry Team, will speak at a Real Estate Mortgage Market Litigation Seminar on April 30, 2008, hosted by The Seminar Group. At 9:40 a.m., Devlin will discuss individual claims against those who lent money or sold them and loans allege violations of state or federal laws and regulation. Later that afternoon at 3 p.m., he will outline the differences between proper appraisals versus inaccurate picture of properaty work and discuss the relationships between the appraiser and the broker.
