Lane Powell attorneys John Devlin and Andy Yates will speak at the October meeting of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association on October 11, 2007. The presentation will focus on litigation stemming from the recent meltdown of the subprime mortgage industry, as well as other issues facing mortgage lenders in the current climate.
