Pat is the Director of Lane Powell’s Business Department. He has a corporate and transactional practice, with a focus on providing strategic counsel to his client’s owners, boards of directors and management on a wide range of business matters such as raising capital, corporate restructuring and governance. Pat also advises clients on corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and distribution transactions, and other commercial matters. Pat represents businesses in a variety of industries, including venture-backed and private equity-owned companies. He also represents venture-capital and private-equity investors in their investment activities.
