Lane Powell Announces Four New Shareholders
Lane Powell is pleased to announce that four attorneys in the Seattle and Portland offices have been elected to Shareholder, effective January 1, 2013.
Joseph P. Corr focuses his practice on handling complex litigation matters and commercial disputes for local, regional and national businesses. He has been named a “Washington Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine for three consecutive years. Corr received his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Minnesota.
Timothy W. Jones focuses his practice on real estate development, financing, purchase and sale transactions, property management, commercial leasing and distressed real estate. He was recently named a “Washington Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, and he was a recipient of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Award in 2011. Jones received his J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Utah.
Jeremy R. Bader represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of real estate law, with an emphasis in acquisitions, financing and development, leasing and condominium documentation. He has been named an “Oregon Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine for four consecutive years. Bader received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Washington.
Darin M. Sands focuses his practice on complex litigation, which includes complex commercial disputes, counseling clients on electronic discovery policies and protocols, representation of clients in electronic discovery disputes, class action defense, international antitrust investigations and litigation, and internal investigations. He was recently named an “Oregon Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine. Sands received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College.
