Lane Powell Announces Four New Shareholders
Lane Powell is pleased to announce that four attorneys in its Seattle and Portland offices have been elected to shareholder.
Lorne O. Dauenhauer (Portland) practices exclusively in the areas of employee benefits, ERISA and executive compensation. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and his B.S. from Gonzaga University.
Gregory R. Fox (Seattle) focuses his practice in the commercial finance and financial institutions industries. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Willamette University and his B.A. from the University of Puget Sound.
William W. Lin (Seattle) concentrates his practice in the areas of public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, state and federal securities regulation compliance, executive compensation and general corporate matters. He received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa and his B.A. from the University of Washington.
David L. Young (Seattle) is a Certified Public Accountant with an active litigation practice focusing on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on securities litigation. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Washington State University.
