Sarah Molinoff represents clients in commercial litigation matters. She has a broad range of experience defending companies in complex commercial disputes and litigation and has appeared before state, federal and administrative tribunals. Sarah's experience also includes a wide range of white collar work, including criminal trials, as well as internal and regulatory investigations. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Sarah was a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court at the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before law school, she was an investigator at the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging, where she focused on government oversight and investigations into the pharmaceutical industry, nursing homes and pension plans.
