Riley Moyer's practice focuses on providing advice and counseling, as well as successfully representing employers in state and federal employment litigation involving individual matters and class action claims.  

Riley's experience also includes defending employers in all types of employment disputes in arbitration, mediation, administrative proceedings and pre-litigation negotiations, ranging from single-plaintiff cases to wage and hour class actions.
