He has appeared before state, federal, and administrative tribunals at the trial and appellate level. Per also advises clients on local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stanley A. Bastian, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington. Per maintains an active pro bono practice.
