His practice concentrates on commercial and complex litigation with a particular focus in contract and business disputes, banking, partnership disputes and real property. He also has experience representing both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy courts.
Paul practiced in Southern California for 25 years before returning to Oregon in 1998. He received Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Rating of AV Preeminent® very early in his career while practicing in California, and later in Oregon. He continues to do trial work in Southern California when called upon by his Oregon and California clients.
Paul has presented numerous continuing legal education programs and was a member of the faculty for several years in the Hastings College of Law’s Advanced Advocacy Program.
