Michelle Su represents both lenders and borrowers in negotiating a full spectrum of finance transactions. Michelle has experience counseling national lenders in closing complex commercial real estate and stock acquisition financing, as well as construction and bridge loan financing.  

She also regularly represents clients in preparing refinancing and modification documentation for lending transactions. In addition, Michelle comfortably assists clients through closing mergers and acquisition financing, providing strategic business insight to best support her clients in navigating such milestone transactions.

Having designed collections for two fashion shows in her college days, Michelle still enjoys fashion design in her spare time.
