Joseph Adamson counsels individuals and businesses in antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters.   

Joseph has extensive experience with investigations and litigation concerning corporate integrity, including those of criminal fraud and price-fixing, including representing clients in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and various state attorneys general.

Joseph’s experience includes civil direct-action and class-action litigation, internal investigations, and global cartel investigations involving numerous international jurisdictions. He also advises clients on the antitrust risks of particular transactions and business practices, including pricing practices, contracting practices, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. His experience spans a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, auto parts manufacturing, publishing and broadcasting.

Following law school, Joseph worked for the Innocence Project seeking post-conviction relief and exoneration for clients with guilty pleas and verdicts. He continues to lead pro bono cases with the organization today.
