As Lane Powell’s Director of Human Resources, Jennifer Stankovich leads the firmwide strategic planning and management of all HR functions.

Jennifer oversees development of the firm’s HR policies and procedures, legal compliance, and employee engagement, development, and retention, in alignment with Lane Powell’s mission and values.

Jennifer has comprehensive experience in high-level HR leadership across a range of industries and skillsets. Her collaborative work with executive teams and staff members at all levels reflects her thorough understanding of HR operations, and how they can effectively benefit employees in the professional setting and beyond.
