Prior to joining the firm, Heather spent seven years with the City of Seattle, most recently as Senior HR Business Partner, where she managed human resources for four executive departments, including the Mayor’s Office.
She is resourceful, innovative and motivated to build and foster strong relationships, and is passionate about crafting policies and programs that align with best practices in equity and recruitment.
