Her background includes providing a full-spectrum of employment advice for local, national and international employers on a wide array of issues related to state and federal employment and labor laws, internal policies and compliance issues, leaves and accommodations, discipline and termination, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, risk management, dispute resolution and workplace best practices.
With well over a decade of experience exclusively in labor and employment law, Erin's practice also focuses on defending matters in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative forums such as the EEOC, DOL, NLRB and state agencies. She also provides tactical advice to employers on labor organizing campaigns, wage and hour audits, internal communications, workplace trainings, avoiding unfair labor practice charges and other day-to-day human resources issues.
