Erik previously clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Superior Court of Alaska for the Third Judicial District, where he aided in the drafting of memoranda, orders, and opinions. Erik also served in various capacities during a 14-year tenure at the Supreme Court of the U.S., including as an Assistant Clerk and Aide to the Chief Justice.
Outside of the office, Erik enjoys hockey, skiing, hiking, camping, and exercising his two dogs.
