She has defended educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and other employers in litigation brought by former and current employees. Adelle also represents employers, employee benefit plans, insurers and third-party administrators in ERISA litigation involving employee benefit disputes. She has experience litigating before state and federal courts in Washington and California, and has briefed matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
While in law school, Adelle served as a law clerk in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Federal Sector Hearings Unit, where she assisted Administrative Judges with the adjudication of federal sector employment discrimination claims.
