Lane Powell has selected Shirley Lou-Magnuson, Kellen Patterson, and Heather St.Clair to participate in the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs.
Lou-Magnuson joins the 2023 class of LCLD Fellows, a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. The Fellows participate in a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, virtual training, peer-group projects, and contact with LCLD’s top leadership.
Patterson and St.Clair join the 2023 class of LCLD Pathfinders, a program designed to train high-performing, early-career diverse attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Lane Powell has been a member of LCLD since 2013 and has been recognized by LCLD as a ‘Top Performer.’
