Heather St.Clair has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Labor, Employment & Benefits Team.
St.Clair advises business owners, in-house counsel and HR professionals in solving issues that arise in the workplace. Her practice focuses on cases involving negligent hiring issues and large wage and hour class actions. She also counsels clients on employment issues, including contracts, termination, handbooks, arbitration agreements, meal breaks, and other wage and hour policies. Outside of her law practice, St.Clair is a mom and a Navy veteran who enjoys spending time outdoors.
St.Clair received her J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law and her B.S., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
